(Eastaboga, AL - May 2, 2024) - The Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin' USA Dirt Late Model Series now has it's Cruise with the Champions - Rookie of the Year contenders. Dixie Speedway last Saturday night was the fourth race of the season and that means drivers wanting to compete for Rookie of the Year had to declare last weekend and four drivers stepped up to take on the challenge.

Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida will be represented in this year's Cruise with the Champions Rookie of the Year race. Each driver will be chasing the $4,000 bonus that goes with the title of rookie of the year, plus second will collect $2,000 and third $1,500. The driver who accumulates the most points throughout the season and finishes the highest in the standings will be crowned the series rookie of the year adding their name to the long list of drivers to have captured this award.
Keep in mind, in the twenty years of the series only one driver has claimed both the Cruise with the Champions - Rookie of the Year award and the series national championship, that driver being Ashton Winger. Winger claimed both titles in 2018 with three wins, nine Top 5's, ten Top 10's in only fourteen starts.

The winner of the 2024 Cruise with the Champions - Rookie of the Year will receive a FREE cruise in 2026, thanks to Cruise with the Champions.
