Driver Profile

Slate started racing .25 sprint cars with USAC when he was 7. He set the track record and won his first race the first day at the track. In his rookie year he won multiple events, special events and a National Event. The following year he moved up in class with new chassis manufacturer with three cars and set track records in every class he ran winning almost 100 events and 10 championships. He lives in Dawsonville GA and has a small spot in GARHOF where he was featured on the cover of the local paper. His goals are high not only looking for wins but championships in dirt latemodel racing.

Winning the championships for all three classes in USAC in one year. Setting all track records in the same year for all classes then lowering his own records. Lapping second place.
